What to Expect

Dress & Theme:

We are taking you back to early 1960s Cuba. This fun theme allows for a variety of styles and dress code options. Although dressing in theme is not required, we encourage all our guests to get creative and go all out. From fedoras and traditional cuban wear, to the late 1950s, early 1960s cocktail attire, we can't wait to see what everyone comes up with. Need some suggestions? Check-out this fun Pinterest board with some ideas.

Live Music & Dancing: 

We are excited to bring back the High Street Party Band for a night of live music, dancing, and a special presentation by professional salsa dancers.

Activities for Everyone: 

We have a lot planned for you to make it a night to remember, from cigar rolling, classic cars, rum tasting, and a traditional Cuban ring toss game.

Great Food & Drinks:

Passed appetizers, a gourmet Cuban buffet dinner from Cody’s Country Catering, and an amazing ice cream & churro dessert bar. This year Trinity is welcoming a new cocktail caterer, Sips, who will help us serve our fun drink experiences we have planned for you: Rum Tasting, Mojito Bar, Wine, Beer, Specialty Cocktails, and a variety of non-alcoholic beverages. Need a pick-me up? Grab an espresso from our Cuban coffee bar, catered by Pacific Perks Central.

Plinko:

We're going old school and bringing the game made famous by The Price is Right game show. At $10 a play, this is a great way for everyone to support Trinity and go home with various lavish prizes. Plinko will be hosted by Bend's own Bob Barker & Vanna White, Jim & Mollie Tennant 

Flower Pull: 
Take your chance at winning a one-of-a-kind Caribbean package by purchasing a beautiful (and limited quantity) light-up hair flower the day of the auction. 

Live Auction:

We have a variety of exciting live auction items for you to bid on. Live auction bidding will happen throughout the night and be facilitated by our amazing auctioneer Benjamin Brady.
